Prologue

Shashank just nodded his head and hummed, “hmm” he is having so many thoughts running inside his mind, he felt a tug on his right sleeves which pulled him out of his thoughts. He looked at her “kya hua?” he asked softly dont wanna scare her “mai aapko kbse bula rhi hu aap suni hi nhi rhe the” she pouted complaining about him not listening her.

“Accha abh sunn raha hu bolo” he replied, listening carefully.

“Apka naam kya hain mera naam toh aradhya hain” she smiled at him “mera naam shashank hain or suno waha bathroom hain jao change krlo” he said standing up taking his clothes out from his cupboard and went in different room to change.

“Tumne kise puch kr ushka admission karya school mai” alok growled at shashank “yaad hain baba apne hi shaadi karyi thi ushki mujhse aabh voh meri responsibility hain aap bich mai nhi bol skte” shashank replied calmly he isn't the same old shashank now. “Tumhe choose krna hoga yaha rhna ya fir ushki padh— before alok can complete his sentence shashank said without hesitation “ushki padhai baba”.

“Kya mai school jaongi sachii!”she squealed with happiness hugging shashank “aap bahut acche hain” he looked at her smiling and jumping around him like a rabbit, a chuckled left his mouth “toh fir shopping pr chle ki aap bs aase hi yaha jump krti rehengi or school hum na voh apki snowy ko bhej denge” he teasing her pinching her nose .

She glared at him and said “yaad hain apne mujhe kick mrna shikhya tha”. “Ha toh ushka kya” he asked in confusion. “Aap pr try krdungi agr apne mujhe tang kiya toh” she replied, he gulped looking at her in horror as she showed him sticking her tongue out and ran, he ran after her to catch her “accha bacchu tum ruko bs”.

“yeh dono kaha chle gye ese light off krke purre ghar ki, kitna andhera kr rkha hain yaha” with that he turned the light on to get a surprised “happy birthday yuvi bhaiya / yuvi”. Both aradhya and shashank jumped from behind shaturing him as he gets overwhelmed no one has celebrated his birthday after his mother passed away his last birthday celebrated was when he was 5 making him broke down in tears as he hugged shashank and aradhya “thankyou so much yrr mai”.

“Yuvi bhaiya aaj toh aapka birthday hain rona nhi theek vse bhi mujhe accha nhi lagega agr mera bestfriend ese royenge” she wiped his tear he chuckled “ye toh khushi ke assu hain buddy” she hold his hand dragging him toward the table where cake was placed “aapko pata yeh cake mne or superman ne saath mai bake kiya hain” she said proudly pointing toward the cake.

“Mne sirf oven on kiya tha baki isne mujhe chune nhi diya bolkr ki aap yuvi bhaiya ka cake barbad krdoge so agr pet kharab hua hum sabka toh hume pata kisne kiya” shashank teased aradhya as she glared at him showing a punch, he gulped scared of her, yuvraj laughed wiping his happy tear “meri buddy sabse accha cake bnati hain itna hain toh tu maat khana hena buddy”.

“Yes yuvi bhaiya inko maat dena hhm” still glaring at shashank angrily and looked away, a chuckled left from shashank at her cute angry face “sorry na yr superman toh majak kr raha tha you bake worlds best cake please mujhe bhi khana hain vrna mai ro dunga” he made a sad face. “Jaye maaf kiya aap bhi kya yaad rakhenge superman , aradhya chowdhury hain hi itni mahan”.
